How do you download music to your phone if you don't have internet on it?

My carrier is at&t.

i just tried to and it wont let me.
Are their any links you dont need to be connected to to get free music?

    If you have a cable to connect your phone to the computer you can do it that way… or if you have bluetooth on both. Otherwise not sure, I would assume you would need the internet
